Teil­nah­me­be­schei­ni­gun­gen

In der Regel erwar­ten die Ärz­te­kam­mern, dass nicht aus­ge­ge­bene Teil­nah­me­be­schei­ni­gun­gen umge­hend ver­nich­tet wer­den, um Miss­brauch zu ver­mei­den. Spon­so­ring­be­din­gun­gen
Die wis­sen­schaft­li­che Infor­ma­ti­ons­ver­mitt­lung an Ärzte wird in den deutsch­spra­chi­gen Län­dern durch ein brei­tes Spek­trum an Fort­bil­dungs­ver­an­stal­tun­gen ermög­licht, zu deren Durch­füh­rung die Fir­men der medi­zin­tech­ni­schen und phar­ma­zeu­ti­schen Indus­trie in aller Regel einen Bei­trag leis­ten. Sofern keine Teil­nah­me­ge­bühr erho­ben wird, muss eine voll­stän­dige Kos­ten­ab­de­ckung durch Spon­so­ring erfol­gen. Auch Fort­bil­dun­gen von Doc­trina Med kön­nen durch eine unbe­schränkte Aus­bil­dungs­för­de­rung der medi­zin­tech­ni­schen oder phar­ma­zeu­ti­schen Indus­trie finan­zi­ell unter­stützt wer­den, dies wird im Sinne der Trans­pa­renz in den jewei­li­gen Pro­gram­men aus­ge­wie­sen. Es müs­sen meh­rere Unter­neh­men an der finan­zi­el­len Unter­stüt­zung betei­ligt sein (kein Mono­spon­so­ring). Sofern Leis­tun­gen auf dem Wege des „Spon­so­rings“ erbracht wer­den, steht den Indus­trie­un­ter­neh­men in der Regel auch das Recht zu, einen Infor­ma­ti­ons­stand auf den jewei­li­gen Ver­an­stal­tun­gen zu betrei­ben. In kei­nem Fall beein­flus­sen Indus­trie­un­ter­neh­men die Pro­gramm­ge­stal­tung, diese wird von der jeweils aus­ge­schrie­be­nen wis­sen­schaft­li­chen Lei­tung vorgenommen.

 

Dienst­her­ren­ge­neh­mi­gung für Teil­neh­mer
Die soge­nannte Dienst­her­ren– oder Arbeit­ge­ber­ge­neh­mi­gung wird nicht von Doc­trina Med benö­tigt, son­dern dient zu Ihrer eige­nen Absi­che­rung. Hier­mit ver­si­chert Ihr Arbeit­ge­ber, dass er keine Ein­wände gegen Ihre Teil­nahme an der Fort­bil­dung hat und Kennt­nis von der Unter­stüt­zung durch phar­ma­zeu­ti­sche oder Medi­zin­tech­nik­un­ter­neh­men genom­men hat.
